You will be given a confirmation number immediately after your order has been successfully submitted. We will then send you an email confirmation with a copy of all the information submitted on your order. We will also send you a delivery confirmation email immediately after your arrangement has been delivered.
If you have a question about the status of an existing order, call our customer service number at (651) 698-6000 or send an email to Florist@Jflorist.com. Please have your confirmation number available for prompt service. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by telephone and/or email.
In rare circumstances specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.
If a particular flower or container is not available, an item of similar quality and value will be substituted. If this is not acceptable, and you wish us to cancel your order if it cannot be delivered as pictured and requested, then choosing the DO NOT SUBSTITUTE box on the order form will circumvent any substitutions.
From time to time we offer promotional discount coupons to which the following restrictions apply. The value of the purchased item must be above $45. Coupons cannot be used on items that are already discounted, i.e. discounts cannot be combined. Coupons only apply to florist delivered items, not items that are shipped.
Changing or Canceling Your Order
If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out on delivery or prepared for shipment. Twenty-four hour advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation.

The time of day your order is placed, method of delivery or shipping you choose, weather conditions, and rural locations can all affect the delivery time and date of an order.
