We are dedicated to fast delivery of your floral and gift orders. We make all our own deliveries using our fleet of trucks. In most areas of the Twin Cities, we are delivering up to 3 or 4 times per day. See a list of our Delivery Zip Codes.

Instant Delivery Confirmation
When you place your order on-line we will notify you in real time via email when your gift has been delivered. Our drivers will initiate a delivery confirmation message immediately after your gift has been delivered.

Specific Delivery Times
Requests may be made for specific delivery times, and in many cases we can accommodate (but not guarantee) your request with our standard delivery fee. However, we can guarantee specific delivery times if you send the item with our additional special delivery fee. Rates will vary upon zip codes destinations.

Holiday Delivery Information
We provide same-day delivery service during all floral holiday periods including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day. We do not refuse orders in our service areas during busy periods. Our 1-Hour delivery service is not available on Valentine's Day. Our delivery service is second to none.

Delivery Status
You may inquire into the status of any existing order by calling customer service at 1-800-959-8010 or you may e-mail us at florist@Jflorist.com. Please have your confirmation number available for prompt service. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail.

Nobody Home
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, our drivers will choose to:

  • If delivery is at an Apartment complex, leave the arrangement with the caretaker or office manager.
  • Leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call our flower shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery.
  • Call the recipient first to arrange a delivery time. This is only done if you have requested it as a special instruction.
  • In some circumstances we might call you if we have delivery problems. This would be on the same day as your delivery.

If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery.
